Delivery and Returns
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days for items stocked in the UK. Small items such as accessories are sent with Royal Mail on a 'Signed for' service. All wheel orders are sent via a courier service and tracking details are provided via email. For wheel brands stocked in Europe including, AEZ, Alutec, Autec, Borbet, Dezent and Ronal please allow 15-20 working days delivery.

| Standard delivery - UK mainland | £5.95 - £30.00 | Delivery starts from £5.95 for accessories delivered to UK mainland addresses. Wheel deliveries cost £30.00 to UK mainland addresses. Shipping costs may increase for multiple orders or for wheel and all-terrain tyre orders due to the increased weight. Prices will be displayed during checkout. |

Returns Information
If you need to return any goods, please contact us beforehand. You must either return the goods in person, post them back to us at Unit 33 New Firms Centre, Fairground Way, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 4NU or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Please call on 01922 907131 or email us at sales@vanwheels.co.uk to arrange collection. You must pay the costs of return.
